Welcome to "Miya's garden" which is comfortable and unique whole house rent located in very convenient area. It's only 5min. from Jeju airport by car. Also it is near Yongdam coastal road you can see the Jeju sea just within 1 min. by walk~!
We renovated a traditional Jeju house to have cute rooms and lovely garden with Jeju stone and palm trees.
Many restaurants and cafes near this house also it's so close from the city downtown and Ihoteu beach~!
The space
We have 3 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and outside garden.
This house may not be the best house with the most expensive furniture and the most expensive equipment in Jeju but we can say it's the most clean house, the most comfortable house, the best cost-effective house and it's the house serviced with all our hearts in Jeju.
You can feel the Jeju's local atmosphere. Authentic JEJU.
In this house, you can have a peaceful moment surrounded with bamboo trees, palm trees,camellia trees, tangerine tree and all the flowers.
Many seafood restaurants, cafes and Korean style sauna are placed nearby
3min. by walk.I want you travel around Jeju, enjoying the sea of Jeju, waterfalls, Halla Mt. and many lovely cafes, then come back to my house to make yourself peace.
I strongly recommend you should enjoy the sunset at the coast in the evening where's 2min. by walk from my house.
Although it is a safe neighborhood, there is no need to worry about safety and security as a security system is installed outside the house.
You can rent a hanbok Korean traditional costume at Miya's Hanbok rental shop near this house.
Miya's Hanbok walking trip to nearby coastal road should not be missed.

[3 bedrooms]
There are three single beds in the pink room, one yellow room queen-sized bed, and two single beds in the mint room, which can all stay for 7 adults.
The yellow room has tables and chairs for laptop work and makeup.
[Living room]
There's a sofa in the living room.
TV is available on 258 channels, Netflix, and YouTube for free. The air conditioner has a large-capacity stand air conditioner in the living room and each room has a fan instead of an air conditioner. There is a hair dryer in the drawer of the living room TV room.
We have an electric mosquito repellent in the living room.
[Kitchen]
We have a dining table in the kitchen, but there are chairs that are not big but can be as small as six people.
Folding tables are also prepared separately, so you can use them in your living room.
There are cups and bowls, coffee pots, electric rice cookers, microwaves, electric microwaves, and kitchen utensils, so you can cook them easily. However, cooking oil, sugar, and salt are not provided.
There is no water purifier, but you can buy Jeju Samdasoo, which is very cheap in Jeju, at a nearby mart.
We have a refrigerator, an iron, an iron stand, and an indoor drying rack.
[Two bathrooms]
Shampoo, rinse, body cleanser, soap, toothpaste, Toilet paper, towel,
Towels are in each bathroom drawer and we give you enough time.
There is a washing machine in one bathroom and there is no drying function. However, there is a drying line in the backyard to dry the laundry, and there is also an indoor drying rack.

Talking in the garden is also our guests' favorite thing There are palm trees, mandarin oranges, bamboo, Namcheon, camellia, azaleas, hydrangeas, and various flower trees in the garden, so it's pretty ^'^

[Reservations available from 2 nights]
You cannot make a reservation for 1 night, but you can make a reservation from 2 nights.
[Check-in and check-out]
Please let us know the check-in time in advance because we will meet you in person when you check in with the number key. The check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., and the check-out is from 11 a.m. I ask for your compliance.
Check the lights and heating off when you go out!
[Luggage Storage]
Early check-in before 3 PM is not available. However, luggage storage before check-in is possible. Please let us know in advance what time you would like to store your luggage.
[Late Check-in, Exceptions]
Late check-in is only allowed under the following circumstances and must be pre-approved by the host at the time of reservation:
If your flight arrives late at Jeju Airport, you must provide your flight arrival and departure information to the host.
If you have confirmed a rental car reservation for transportation from the airport to the accommodation (as public transportation is difficult to use after 10 PM).
If you have confirmed a jumbo taxi airport pickup service through the host at the time of reservation.
[Using the garden late at night]
The neighbor is a good man, but the garden asks for quiet after 9 p.m. because he goes to bed early~*-*
[Checking the rules]
Please comply with the accommodation rules that can be checked when requesting a reservation.
Please note that additional people other than the number of reservations are not allowed.
[No smoking building]
This building is a non-smoking building. It's indoor non-smoking, but you can smoke in the designated area of the garden.
[Garbage recycling]
I would appreciate it if you could separate the trash in the trash bin in the back yard and throw it away. You can throw food waste in the food bin in the kitchen.
[Parking]
You can park on the road in front of the accommodation. If you come, I will kindly guide you.

Anything not described in this description is not provided. Condiments such as cooking oil, soy sauce, and salt, pajamas, additional bedding, and toothbrushes are not provided.
