Villa consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms with air-conditioning, hammocks, outdoor kitchen & dining areas & BBQ, plenty of lounging areas. There is access to a deck facing the majestic Bukit Takun & golf course, also a shared swimming pool, hammock, sauna, trampoline. Surround yourself with nature only a mere 30 mins drive away from the centre of KL.

The space
The retreat is surrounded with 360° views of the Kanching Rainforest Reserve. Upon arrival you would feel as if you have travelled to a remote area but only a 30 minute drive away from the centre of KL. Escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and hold your family and friend gatherings here. The natural environment allows every guest to chill, relax, destress and recharge.

Guest access
The Retreat is located on a hilltop of a sprawling land of about 3 acres. Three houses are located within- Villa, Container & Cottage. The houses are located far apart from each other, shielded by trees / shrubs / structures for privacy.

There are viewing decks with scenic views overlooking mountains (Bukit Takun/Anak Bukit Takun) and golf course. There is a shared infinity pool for swimming with jet spa + splash pool in the retreat, outdoor barrel sauna & 14' wide trampoline (shared with our other houses). Wi-Fi is available. Charcoal with BBQ and other kitchen tools are provided for your cooking needs.

We are also in close proximity to: 99 speedmart, 7-11, restaurants, laundry, grocer all 5 minute drive away at Setia Eco Templer shophouses. Lotus's (Tesco) is a 8 minute drive away.

Other things to note
The retreat is located in a peaceful and tranquil loving community, and we strive to ensure that the environment stays that way.
Because the retreat is situated on an elevated land, any noise made will be amplified with echoes, hence any loud noise after dark is strictly prohibited. Guests are required to turn their volumes a notch down after 10 pm.

The retreat is located on 3 acres of elevated land with private access, in a gated & guarded community. There are ample car parking spaces. The environment provides you with tranquillity; it is very cool and breezy because you are surrounded by rainforest.

Your 'neighbors' include cheeky monkeys, colugos / flying lemurs, otters, monitor lizards, squirrels, tropical colorful birds, wild fowl, large butterflies, dragonflies, bats, fireflies. Prepare yourself for their occasional visits during your stay at the retreat.

I was an Architect in KL & SG with 8 yrs of working experience, but have taken a detour helping to manage our family's 2 houses here in TPRR since end 2016. I take joy in providing guests a comfortable forest living experience / gatherings. I am approachable for anything & will respond to guests' concerns promptly. I am around most of the time during 11.30am to 3pm & will personally ensure the place is maintained well & clean prior to check-in. I also have been checking-in all guests showing them the property & be there during check-out times.
