Nestled just below Chiang Mai Gate is our gorgeous semi-wooden home. Punjum House is consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and showers. You can feel the moment of peace that surrounded by garden. Also, It had decorated with handicraft furniture by my family. The guest have access to the kitchen and a large communal area. Moreover, we have hand embroidery workshop that you can enjoy with us. It is a perfect place to spend time and share every moment with friends and family with the local view.

You are able to walk in the Old City within 15-20 minutes, Saturday Walking Street in 5 minutes, Sunday Walking Street in 15 minutes and the Night bazaar in less than 5 minutes. The house is 10-15 minutes from the airport. We offer FREE BICYCLES for guests.

>>Punjum Workshop, Handicraft workshop
Our studio is located in front of Punjum House. We provide various hand embroidery to create things such as doll, key chain, bracelet and hair band. Furthermore, the participant can learn about how to basic hand stitch and how to use pom pom or bead for decorate the work piece by own idea.
We encourage participants to explore and experiment in workshop with confidence. Also, we take attention in diverse learning of each person.
open : Every Monday-Saturday (10:00am. - 4:00pm.)
close : Every Sunday.
P.S. Learning fee is 500 bath per person. This price is include equipment and tools already. Also, student can selected 1 set of handicraft for learning in class and get Free 1 set to doing at home with tools kit.

Punjum House is consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and showers. The fourth bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower. You have complete access to our entire house. So cook yourself a meal in our kitchen inside house with the freshest food found in the nearby market. Also we provide a communal kitchen at the outside. If you need big kitchen, this house is perfect for you. Even though the house is in town, you can feel the calmness, and peaceful environment surrounded with green. Whats better than living with a real locals and understand the real depth culture of Chiang Mai.

As our beautiful home is made of wood, we ask that our guests not smoke inside their rooms or inside the house. Please also be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise down at night.

Guest access
The entire home is yours. There will be nobody else staying in the house even if you don't occupy all the rooms. We will be available to help in person if there is anything emergency. Please don't hesitate to contact us!

★ As our beautiful home is partially made of wood, we ask that our guests do not smoke inside their rooms or inside the house and do not allow to use mosquito coil in the house.
★ Please also be mindful of our neighbours by keeping noise down at night. Quiet time 22:00pm
★ Need an airport pick up? We offer this service for 500 Baht. Our driver will pick you up with your name sign at the airport. Write us a message with your details.

Our Policy is concern the environment. So we provide the beddings and towels up to number of guest from booking. However, If you need the some more, you can directly request it with me.
For extra bedding the price is 350 baht/set.
For extra towel the price is 50 baht/set.
For extra bed the price is 500 baht/set.

Unlike the more touristy areas like in the city centre, or Nimman area, exactly at 07:00am and 17:00pm, you will find kids from school, people from offices, teachers, local market sellers coming together for a dinner time shopping. Punjum home is right next to our family small business making craftsmanship with local and tribal textile.
