The space
A fully furnished single semi-detached house (3000sq ft ) with three rooms and 2 bathrooms. Private parking space for 4 cars, and ample outdoor parking too (free). We are less that 5min drive to 1st Penang Bridge and within 10 minutes drive(8km) to Penang Heritage City~George Town(10km) and Penang International Airport.
Ideal place for: Vacation ,Exhibitors & event organizer , business/ leisure travellers, School tour, backpackers or or those who simply want to experience local culture and meet local people when they travel

~3 bedrooms equipped with 3 queen size bed, 3 single bed and a pull-out bed (Total 10 pax)
All rooms with air conditioners, fan and wardrobe.
~2 bathrooms with water heater and hair dryer provided. Living room with air conditioner , fan, L-Shape sofa,television, AstroNJOI provided and free WIFI.
~Kitchen only allow simple cooking(example instant noodle): Kitchen utensils and cookware,oven, water purifier, electric thermo pot, dinning table, fridge and washing machine.
