Other things to note
1. Extra guests/ visitors WHO ARE NOT on the reservation and sleep over or stay in the apartment for more than 6hrs per day will be considered extra guests and there will be a fee of $30/day per person.
2. Please note that you will be charged $20/day if you leave the AC and lights ON when you’re not in the apartment. Please be considerate and Remember to TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND AC anytime you leave.
3. PARTIES, EVENTS AND LOUD MUSIC are not allowed. Please be respectful and considerate with the neighbors.
4. Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the building, also it is forbidden to go out in underwear in the common areas of the building.
