This cozy gem is tucked back in one of Prescott's oldest neighborhoods on a quiet and conveniently located ally way less than a mile from historic Whisky Row! Comfortable and fully equipped to suit your needs. This newly built, private home can sleep three people, has full kitchen and bath, and beautiful front porch. Easily walk to restaurants and shops!

The space
Newly built studio cottage with all of the amenities! Located one mile from the Court House Square! It is a three minute drive or an 18 minute walk to historic Whisky Row. Our sweet Cactus Cottage was built by the owner Aaron and designed to be comfortable and inviting. The cottage offers a cozy queen bed and optional twin. The kitchen is fully stocked including a mini fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee station. Private entrance and located in the pines, this guest home is sure to make your stay in Prescott memorable!

Guest access
The Cactus Cottage is entirely private to the guest! The cottage is located behind the owners home and separated by a yard and privacy fence. There is access to the home through the ally way with private parking. Enjoy the patio hammock and seating as well as a custom outdoor scrabble board!

The Cactus Cottage is located behind our main house. The address that will be provided at time of booking is the main houses address. You will need to thoroughly read the detailed instructions we will send you the day before you check in via Airbnb messenger. All details for your stay will be sent through the Airbnb messeging system.

Neighborhood highlights

Our home and guesthouse is located off of Park Ave which is a historic district. We recommend guests to walk the neighborhood. The houses are lovely to look at. There was even a zoo located here in 1904!

Hey! We are Stephanie and Aaron Goodloe. We have three beautiful kids named Clementine, Jude and Forrest as well as two cats named Namaste and Cosmonaut. We are all from Prescott, Arizona and love to travel! We are a bit tied down these days with the kids and our businesses. Stephanie is a beautician and also does microblading. Aaron is the owner of Steadfast Cabinetry & Furniture. We love all kinds of music, especially if it includes a banjo! Learning about new cultures is definitely a drive for us in our travels. We are super busy people but when we find time we love to be together outside enjoying nature in all aspects! Our favorite travel destinations are Laos and Tanzania. We hope to go to Peru when the kiddos are a bit bigger:) We are mostly laid back but love adventure whether it is hiking or gardening. When we do travel we tend to stay super busy to ensure we fully experience our destinations. Guests who stay in our guest cottage can rest assure that if they need anything we are just a back yard away! Though we play in the yard often we are always respectful of noise and space, but are always there to help if needed!
