The space
The Designer Penthouse was created for family & friends and "digital nomads", who are looking for tranquility and at the same time proximity to a grandiose city.

The bedroom can be completely darkened and is equipped with a modern King Size XL bed including orthopaedic mattress for a peace- and restful sleep.

From here you have direct access to the luxurious bathroom with underfloor & towel heating, floor-level shower & two single basins as well as the "Sunset Nook" with views of Table Mountain National Park.

The open-plan dining/lounge area is exclusively furnished to a high standard, and from there you can enjoy the large, private 360° rooftop terrace with surreal views, which also features two oversized sun beds.


At the moment, we are looking for a medium-term tenant and we are the ideal place for people who can work remotely (fast wifi and no load shedding).
