Eva and her husband were very kind and caring. I enjoyed my stay with them. They showed great hospitality and helped me with ever concern that I had. I would highly recommend staying with them.
Eva is very friendly and goes the extra step to make you comfortable. As she was showing me around one of her cats got into my bedroom and sat on my pillow. Before I knew what happened Eva was there with a replacement pillow-case. I hadn't asked and didn't feel I really needed one, but it was a very nice gesture. I wasn't there for long. It was a basic room with all I needed, bed, desk, lamps and a heater as it got cold. All was very clean and I felt comfotable for my stay.
Stayed in Eva's home for a week. Her home was very nice, would definitely stay again. She lives downstairs (in the basement) and rents out the rooms upstairs. There were a couple others there while I stayed. Everyone was really nice. Good experience for sure!
Eva is a nice and welcoming hostess. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for me provided in the refrigerator. Good value for the price.
My first experience with Airbnb and was not sure what to expect. The website makes everyplace look clean and wonderful, without any issues or negative experiences, Mine was a little of both, Good with some, not so good with others. My queen bed was not available for the first nite that I arrived so I agreed to take a room with a single bed but told the host that I did not want to have to change rooms after settling in but before seeing the room. I do not think this room was up to the standards of the other rooms that were offered online. Price was the same but it just did not have the feel that the other rooms that this house offered. My fault for accepting such and not seeing what the other room offered or was really available. I will know better in the future. The house with all of its amenities was outstanding so that was the good and other house guests were pleasant although I had very little interaction with them. We all learn through the experiences of life.
I stayed at Eva's for 8 days and everything was great. She is very friendly and personable and keeps the place spotlessly clean. She and her husband have their apt. in the basement so the whole main floor of the house is at the disposal of the tenants. By the time I left, I think there were four of us but everyone was very respectful, quiet and friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. When the temperature suddenly dropped and some snowstorm came, Eva was quick to offer me a space heater (as the room has a big bay window and easily could get chilly). All together it was a great stay and would recommend her place to everyone. Thanks again, Eva!
