Cottage 506 is located in Historic District has a spacious living room, a separate cozy sitting area with daybed/trundle, 2 large king bedrooms, and 2 dining areas. Enjoy our spacious outdoors around the fire pit. Wood provided!

The space
Our home features two large bedrooms with a king bed and vanity in each room. If you’d like additional sleeping space, we also offer a second living area with a twin and trundle that sleeps two additional guests.

If you indicate 4 or less guests at booking, the price includes use of 2 king beds only. Use of the daybed and/or trundle incurs an extra cleaning charge of $10.00 each for parties of 4 or less. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival if you’d like to use the daybed and/or trundle so that we can provide the appropriate bedding. If your reservation reflects 5 or 6 guests, the appropriate bedding and towels are already included in the booking price.

We have a smart TV that you may log into your favorite TV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. for streaming. We do not have live TV.

Pets are allowed for the fee shown when you check the pet box, however our yard is not totally fenced and pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. They must be crated if left alone and at nights.

Guest access
Access information will be sent the day before check-in. Best walking route to Main Street is one block behind our home, through a quaint neighborhood. We have parking for 4 vehicles, it's a long driveway.

We are native Fredericksburg residents and are happy to supply recommendations to personalize your stay.

While we do allow pets there is a 40.00 fee which will show when you check the pet box. Our yard is not totally fenced. We are privacy fenced on three sides. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds and they need to be crated if left alone and at nights.
