Quaint and airy historical cottage in the heart of downtown!
THE BEST LOCATION...half a block to restaurants, just blocks from Harbor walk, less than a mile from Fisherman's Village. My home is tastefully decorated and gives you the feel of old Florida with all the conveniences.
You can relax on the front porch swing or sip a cocktail and people watch! There is so much to do within walking distance of the house. And Punta Gorda always has something going on

The home is so welcoming and comfy. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and nice linens. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washer/dryer. Parking in driveway is very convenient

I have lived in the Punta Gorda area for 40 years and I love this quaint town. I have 2 businesses just a block away from this home and live a short distance. So I am readily available if there is something that a guest may need. I love the downtown area and the warmth of the locals. We have great eating establishments and an awesome Harbor Walk. I am happy to make recommendations and can provide plenty of insight to local attractions of desired. I am an avid traveler and not only host through Airbnb but utilize Airbnb to make my own travel plans.
