Amazing Penthouse, located on the 23rd floor in a tower. The total size is 300sqm, 170sqm indoor and 130sqm balcony, 4 bedrooms and a living room, magnificent view to Tel Aviv metropolitan and the sea. A sports club is located within 50m away including Pools, Gym, tennis courts etc'. The house is 10min from Yarkon Park Tel Aviv and close to all center locations.

The space
You will have more privacy as no other buildings are blocking the view and are far compared. Provides the perfect combination of quiet residential area which surrounded by a large green park and the "Sportan" sport club. While it is 12min drive to Tel Aviv and connects within 3-5min to all major highways (Route6, Route5, Route4, Route 471) so you can travel easily anywhere in Israel.

In the apartment you will find: 4 bedrooms and a living room. Equipped kitchen, refrigerator , washing machine and a dryer machine, two bathrooms, Highspeed Wi-Fi 5Ghz, new air conditioners in each room, 3 LED Samsung TV's (55", 46" and 42") with internet TV and Netflix available. There are 3 toilets room and 2 bathrooms, I of-course provide shampoo and soap as well as fresh and towels and bed linens.

The apartment includes 4 big bedrooms + large salon/living room, total of 5 rooms. The apartment includes 11 beds, 9 beds + 2 mobile single beds + 1 mattress (see sleeping arrangements section and the pictures in the listing) so there is plenty of room for big families or groups (up to 12) Though the apartment is big, it can be very intimate and comfortable for couples also. The atmosphere is just incredible.

The penthouse includes an underground parking space very close to elevators so you will not have to carry heavy luggage long distances if you come with a car or a cab, plus there are free parking spaces for inviting other guests.

If you ar visiting a friend in the Belinson/Rabin hospital, it is 3 minute drive or 10 minutes walking distance.

If you are planning to stay on Sabbath or the holidays, the building has a Sabbath elevator which stops on my floor and it’s a 5min walk to 2 synagogues close by

It is like a "base camp" for those who want to travel in all parts of Israel.

The neighborhood is quite, the building is part of 5 building project surrounded by a big green park which can be used for jogging as well as a big playground for children (great for spending time with the family in Sabbath).

The house is 100m from the local sport center which includes a big gym, 2 pools (winter and summer), hot tub/Jacuzzi, tennis courts. There is also a 2 free basketball courts located next the house (outside the sports center)

Groceries / Restaurants:
You have a close by big grocery center ("Hatzi Hinam) with everything you need , it is 300m by foot from the house. It also has a café/restaurant ("Aroma") and also McDonald's, ATM's, Pharmacy, Hair Dresser etc'

You have also a convenience store in the Gas Station called "Yellow" or "Paz", it's open 24/7 and it's 100m by foo (in case you come late)

Synagogues:
There are couple of a synagogues very close by (less than 100m) , one is Sefradi and Ashkenzai, one of them also include a Mikve (13 Asirei Zion st)
