Guest bedroom with ensuite private bathroom beside garage on the main floor is surrounded by 1.4 acres peaceful woodland where you can enjoy fresh air, birds, ducks, rabbits, squirrels, geese, turkeys, etc (mosquito in summer). No kitchen but new barbecue, refrigerator, microwave, air dryer, coffee maker available.

The space
Unlimited Fibe high speed Bell WiFi. Trampoline and swings are available for kids. Indoor garage parking is spacious. Golf, school, church, park, early education, hiking trail, highway, bar, restaurant, supermarket, mall, etc are just across the street or a few hundreds meters away.
