This modern casita sits on Leigh Hill overlooking beautiful Cedar City. It is probably THE best location for your visit! Just 1 minute from restaurants, shopping, and I-15. The space features 2 loft areas, a HUGE living room, a private deck, and a full kitchen. Just a two minute walk from the lake!

This space is clean, bright and private. Just 1 hour to Bryce National Park & Zion National Park.

Note: Pets are welcome, a $40/pet fee applies. No pets left unattended.. Enclosed backyard open.

The space
The Casita sleeps up to 6 people. There are 2 loft spaces, one with a queen bed, the other sleeps 4 on a queen and 2 twin beds. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed. A roll away bed is available.

Please Note:

The loft areas are open to the living room and kitchen below. So if you want privacy from the rest of your group this may not be the best option for you.


The Casita is located behind and to the side of the hosts home. Guests enter through a side gate.

Cleanliness: The Casita is deep cleaned between each stay. Bedding and towels are freshly laundered.

There is a $40/Pet fee added to reservations with Pets. No pets left unattended unless crated. No pets on beds and furnitures.

Infants count as guests and will be charged the extra guest fee of $15/night.

Guests staying for long stays will be charged a $40/week cleaning fee or $5 extra per day when they stay longer than a week.

The entire building is yours! The Casita is located behind and to the side of my home. Guests access is through a side gate.

Other things to note
This is by far the best value in Cedar City. A huge private Casita to enjoy your stay!
