Villa Oleandre is a luxury, spacious and modern 5 bedroom villa, fully airconditioned. It has a private pool and a well equipped pool house with nice cocktail bar. The rooms are stylish and decorated.

The landscaped gardens of 2000m2 are full of Mediteranean flowers and trees. It is ideal for children to play in with a swing, slide, trampoline, table tennis and jeu de boules. Sleeping up to 12 it provides the perfect accommodation for families to enjoy the French way of life.

The space
The villa is very spacious. It has 5 large bedrooms, 2 large and modern bathrooms, 2 independent toilets, a spacious living and a large kitchen with dinner table.
The living has a terrace, with a great view on the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, ice cube maker, microwave, oven with grill, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. As the kitchen is next to the terrace, it is easy for dinners outside during summer. For the lower season there are several terrace heaters.
The independent pool house has a fully equipped pool bar, fridge, separate toilet and a heated shower. It oversees the pool and the villa.

Next to the villa, there is parking space for 3 or 4 cars. The entire terrain of 2000 m2 is fenced and has an electric gate.

The lovely village Bagnols-en-Forêt is only a few kilometers away. There is also a supermarket on 2 kilometers. The route is not easy to walk, so a car is needed to get there.

Bagnols-en-Forêt is a typical small Provencal village between Fayence and the coast of Fréjus and St Raphael. It has a beautiful square with local shops and restaurants under the Platanes, to have a drink, lunch or dinner. Nestled in the foothills of the Esterel National Park it is a perfect location for walks, hiking, cycling and other activities. In the summer season there are many local festivities in the village bringing together villagers and visitors for music and dance. The beautiful village of Seillans, the market village of Fayence and also Callian and Montauroux villages are close by. Coast is 20 minutes by car only where you find sandy beaches, a waterpark, water sports and excellent daily local markets. St Tropez and Nice are only 1 hour by car. Monaco and Italy only 1,5 hour by car. One of the most beautiful parts of the South of France!
