This home is the perfect peaceful getaway for boaters and water lovers.
This charming 2 bedroom w/ full bath apartment is located on a dead end road and has off street parking.

The space
The apartment has a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen and coffee, tea is also provided. Washer and dryer, Linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. This is not a handicap accessible space. There are stairs at the entrance. Outdoor grill and seating for use as well. All above a popular marina.

The marina offers fantastic waterfront views and access on the property. Cable and Wi-Fi is provided.

Other things to note
We are located a mile from the shops and restaurants in the village of Saugerties and approximately 3 miles from HITS just on the other side of the village. We have rentals available for kayaking, boating, fishing, canoeing and drivers available for the inexperienced boater that wants to be out on the water.
