We are an Australian family living in beautiful Poland! We welcome you to our Natural & Historic Property. The Heart of Lower Silesia your large private apartment is waiting! We have a small forest, animal farm, horse riding, & carriage Tours. You can have a bonfire/grill, do some cycling, swimming close by. Next to our farm is the forest, a small lake. By car we are 8ks from Gorlitz DE & 10ks to CZ border. 1hr from Dresden, 2hrs from Wroclaw, 2.5hrs to Prague and 3hrs from Berlin.

The space
The apartments are spacious and with good sunlit areas large windows. Both apartments overlook the horses.
This apartment in particular we like to call Grandma's as its charming and gives you a familiar feeling...a home away from home. Size approx 72m2

Our property is historical dating to the early 15th century. It is a work in progress rustic with charm . The apartments are large private and quiet they are bright and open. We have a guest vegetable garden you can pick your own veggies! We usually have fresh chicken and duck eggs for sale. There is a large open lawn you can relax make a grill read a book under the large tree. We hope you will come and see the natural beauty of this farm and area. There are many areas to walk, bike ride and enjoy nature. We also have 4 ha of private park...again a work in progress.

Guest access
You are free to walk around the property and explore the historic buildings relax in the park, enjoy the garden lawn and bonfire area. We have bikes you can borrow for local trails. We invite you to meet the animals in our animal farm up close. The property while being very private joins the village of Studniska, with a great playground for the little kids. 2 close small shops for the basics. A Dino Supermarket only 4ks away. The main town Zgorzelec is 6ks and it's only 8ks to Gorlitz on the German side.

Note: Currently horse riding lessons are offered Privately if you wish to book for this it's a good idea to do in advance! Gabby is your instructor, she is very enthusiastic and fun to work with. We have indoor and outdoor arena, possibility depending on your ability to ride out.

Transfers: Taxi can be arranged. It's advisable to have your own car while staying attractions are not far but easier to access by vehicle
