The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Lake Constance and the beach. There is a great children's playground right on the water. Bus and train are also minutes away. In the village there is a small grocery store and a bakery. Quiet location, no traffic noise. Large south-west balcony with a Hollywood swing. The apartment is about 76 sqm.

From mid-May to the end of September, we rent the apartment from 1 week, less than 1 week can only be booked at short notice.
