The space
There is no other location like this in Stowe, it affords complete privacy and peace! There is also tons of wildlife; birds, bears, moose, deer, fish, frogs, salamanders, etc.
*****Please note because of Covid we will NOT provide bed linens, pillows and towels, you will be required to bring your own!! Bring plenty of blankets as it does get chilly.

We do provide Ursa Major face wipes, soap and plenty of water.

The driveway is very very steep, rough and rocky, If you have a low riding car and don’t feel comfortable with this please do NOT book the yurt. You do not need a 4WD, it is highly recommended but an AWD is absolutely necessary!!!

Guest access
The entire property is all yours, plus there are thousands of state forest acres behind the yurt that can be your own private hiking adventure.

Other things to note
Please be careful to store all food items safely as this is home territory to bears, so please be mindful not to attract wildlife to the yurt, no food is to be thrown in the surrounding area or in the fire pit. There has not been any issues or encounters with wildlife and we would like to keep it this way!!!

Absolutely NO cooking inside the yurt, there are 2 grills outside!!

Finally this is a yurt! It is one step above a tent so please understand you will be dealing with nature directly.

The driveway is very very steep and rough, If you have a low riding car and don’t feel comfortable with this please do NOT book the yurt. 4WD is highly recommended, an AWD vehicle is 100% necessary, no exceptions.
