The room I am renting here is really big and has a King Size bed (super King). The room has its own private bathroom (ensuite) with shower, tub and a balcony. Also In the bedroom is a dressing room with plenty of storage space.
The quality of the bedroom is excellent, marble floors, hard wood furniture, minifridge, coffee maker, air conditioned, ceiling fan, cable, wireless internet, flat screen TV, Ipod player and DVD player.
It’s really a very beautiful, safe, quiet and private place, with a wonderful garden with a private pool, a small canal beach, a Zen deck and a lovely gazebo right in the canal.
My home is a 3 story house in a horizontal condo of only 10 houses, most or the houses are empty; only rarely used during Christmas and summer school vacations, the few neighbors that live here in Cancun including us almost never use the pool or the garden, you will have those areas mostly to yourselves.
I have a fully equipped Kitchen. Big fridge with Ice maker (from bottled water), double wall oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, and all the amenities you may need for cooking are at your disposal. I also have a brand new gas grill you can use if you want to cook outside in the garden.
The room for rent is on the second floor; on the main floor is the kitchen, laundry room, service room, breakfast room, dining room, one full bathroom, a bar and the main living room; (feel free to enjoy all the areas in the main floor). Then on the second floor are two large bedrooms each with its own (ensuite) bathroom; one is the bedroom I am renting here, with a big collection of movies, books, magazines and games right outside the room for your use. And in the third floor two more bedrooms.
The rent includes a full breakfast (eggs, fresh fruit, fruit juice, bread, quesadillas, milk and coffee); a maid that can clean the room everyday if you want (before 1pm except on Sunday), and clean sheets and towels once a week (we provide bath towels, beach towels and face towels). All the supplies you may expect to find in a hotel are included (like hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, soap, toilet paper, napkins, and tissues. We only drink bottled water; every week I buy lots of 5-gallon water bottles, we always have one bottle in a dispenser in the kitchen for lukewarm water for refiling bottles, cooking an coffee (all the bottle water you need is included), and we also connect these bottles to the fridge pump, so the cool water and ice cubes are also from bottled water.
I have 3 private parking spots in the house if you want to park a car.
I have a large washing machine (12kg), a large drying machine (12kg), a steam Iron machine, and the regular iron an iron table, you may use them yourself for $10us per load (12kg), also my living in maid can do the laundry and ironing for you for $20us per load (12kg) if you prefer.
Location: Cancun's hotel zone is the most exclusive and beautiful place in México, a single main boulevard with the sea on one side and the lagoon on the other side, with markers on each kilometer: we are on kilometer number 4; in the heart of the hotel zone but only 8 minutes away from downtown Cancun and the biggest local mall. Supermarkets like Wal mart, Sam´s Club or Costco are 12 minutes away, is really easy to get here either if you are driving or taking a cab, or a Bus you won’t have a problem finding us. The Bus Stop is one minute away walking, the Boat to Isla Mujeres and the beach is just across the street.
Cancun's hotel zone (Kukulcan Boulevard) is only 12 miles long and its full of restaurants, malls, discos and hotels, and no matter what area of the hotel zone you choose to stay you need transportation to get around but fortunately - transportation is easy 24 hours a day the buses run; you never wait more than a minute, and costs under a dollar each time you board. (Half of the buses are air conditioned). Taxis are everywhere, and if you are a fitness fan we have a beautiful running/biking track that runs all along the boulevard.
My place is right on the Hotel Zone, if you look at a map of Cancun you will notice that the Hotel Zone is a thin strip of land; with the lagoon on one side and the ocean on the other side, the beach is everywhere, all the Beaches in Mexico are public, and there are several entrances between the hotels to get there, you can get to the beach from my house just by crossing the Boulevard and walking straight in to it, I am on the Km # 4, a lot of my guests like also to go to spend one day at the beach in Isla Mujeres, because it has a nice pueblo vive; Isla Mujeres is an old city founded in 1850, by pirates and Mayas running away from the cruel War of Castes. Is a very small island and its located just in front of my house, (it has amazing snorkeling sites also). The boat (Embarcadero Isla Mujeres Ultramar) is just across the street, is $17us round trip, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the island, Its a nice boat ride.

This is an awesome place and well-recommended. Nice hosts and location. The room itself
is very private and spacious with A/C, which is crucial for folks that aren't from regions of hot and humid weather. They are located on the hotel zone, near Downtown Can Cun. It's also across the road from beautiful beaches, and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The breakfast they serve is delicious, and they have the cutest little dog I've ever laid my eyes on. A big plus is that they have a pool and a gazebo on the water where you can cool down and relax! Next time I'm in Can Cun, I'll definitely stay here again! Thank you guys!
We were welcomed very friendly and fell in love with the room immediately. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. The pool and the huge garden were great places to relax.
The B&B is located directly in the hotel zone and we found a delicious and authentic mexican restaurant right around the corner.
We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely come back!
We had a lovely time at Carmen, Eli and Roy's house. The pool and the gazebo were lovely. It was also in a great location for accessing fun activities in Cancun like the ferry to Isla Mujeres or a shuttle to do zip lines and cenote tours.
Eli is a delight. the home is great and the location is very convenient.
This is the place to stay! Great hosts, great room, beautiful house, perfect location, amazing backyard, and best of all, an awesome Mexican breakfast!
We stayed at Roy's place for one night enroute to Tulum. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer! The house was beautiful and the room was lovely, bright, clean and had everything one could need and more. Jessica also made us a yummy breakfast of toast, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and coffee, juice. We'd love to be back to have more time to enjoy the pool!
We only met the host once, but Elli was very kind and helpful when she could be. It felt like we had the whole house to ourselves and that's what we really liked about it! It was beautiful and close to everything and looked exactly like the pictures! We lived our time there and would highly recommended it to our friends!!
I visited Cancun for a few days and had the pleasure to stay at Roy's and Carmen. We were so excited upon arrival, the place was superb from the bedroom we occupied to the living room and backyard. Their place is very peaceful and loved the location especially since we went on two excursions. Our pick up was just across the street. There's taxis just outside or bus, very convenient in all aspects. I hope to stay again here. Many thanks .
I had a fantastic experience at Carmen, Eli & Roy place. I arrived a bit early and so the previous guest occupying the room were still there, but as soon as they left the room was cleaned for me to check-in early. That was awesome as I was tired from my long flight. The room was clean, with everything that I needed. The granola snack and water bottle was a nice touch. Thank you!
The Wi-Fi worked excellent in my room, wish there was some connection in the pool area though. The pool area was amazing. Pretty view, clean and lots of green. Roy and Eli were very friendly and extremely helpful when guiding me to places and where to take buses. I never met Carmen, but then again my stay was only for one night. Breakfast was good. Eggs, toast, fruit, coffee, and juice. All serve at the time you request.
Will definitely recommend this place and will come back!
