The space
Nestled in the desirable Alki Point neighborhood, the Alki Beach Oasis is surrounded by Seattle's premier public waterfront parks. Consistently ranked among Seattle's safest neighborhoods, Alki Point is clean and quiet. It’s a 1-minute walk to the undeveloped and beautiful Constellation Beach Park for morning coffee and peaceful sunsets, and a 5-minute walk to the bustling and vibrant restaurant row along Alki Avenue's sandy beach.

Your private deck and large garden are fenced and gated, and there's plenty of free parking. The large studio apartment boasts a full kitchen, large, bright windows, and a queen memory foam mattress with down comforter. And with Nancy and I right next door, answers to your questions are just minutes away.

West Seattle has a real urban neighborhood feel. Homes ranging from the 1920s to modern day, mixed with newer condominiums and apartments. It's peaceful and relaxing, with trees and sidewalks, miles of public waterfront, and plenty of activity along the beach. Often I won't touch my car all weekend. Alki is a peaceful and fun waterfront community with easy access to downtown Seattle. It's a short stroll from the house to Alki Beach and the center of Seattle's vibrant waterfront area.
