The space
The accommodation consists of one large room that serves as a living room, bedroom, and kitchen. There are two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as a fridge, stove with an oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. There is a terrace in front of the accommodation where you can enjoy the view from outside. Do note that the property is right next to another (attached unit) but the terrace and everything in the house is private.

Sometimes our horses are kept in a fence very close to the house which means you can really tell that this is a horse farm with all that comes with it.

Do note that our dogs and cats run free around our farm.

Stóri Kambur is a horse farm with other animals as well such as dogs and cats, and often there are sheep walking freely from our neighbor on our land and around the houses.

Hi, I am Eygló the owner of the guesthouse. I am a nature lover with a great passion for hiking. My family is the most important thing and my husband and I have 4 children and three grandchildren. I love my horses, dogs, and of course my cat. My husband and I have been living on this farm since 2005 and we are both born and raised on the Snæfellsnes peninsula so I can definitely say that we are locals. I am very glad to assist you in any way that I can while your stay here with us. Every new friend is a start of a new adventure and memories.
