Our experience staying at "251" exceeded expectations. Mark was extremely accommodating from start to finish. He went to great lengths to make sure we got settled in comfortably and had everything we needed and more. Me and my friends were in town for a USC reunion. The location was perfect. Short rides to the Vista and Williams-Brice Stadium. The rooms were as advertised, very clean and comfortable.
Overall, the house was awesome, the location was perfect, and the host was spectacular. Mark was very easy to work with and I would recommend "251" to anyone staying in the Columbia area.
The neighborhood is amazing and Mark is a great host. The room has its own balcony on the second floor, the bathroom is double-sink with separate shower and separate tub. The shelf space and closet space was huge. Mark was very helpful in helping us get to know the area. Wifi was excellent. We were able to walk to the riverwalk (1 block away and a great view of the natural environment and beautiful trees and rivers of Columbia). TV had tons of channels. Kitchen allowed for a shelf in the fridge and a dry shelf for foods. Mark was incredibly helpful. You may want to ask for a hair dryer though :-).
