The beach, shops and a breathtaking walk up the coastline are all at walking distance from the house.

Naughtons, Murphy Blacks, The Strand and A Taste of India are lovely restaurants within a short walk of the home. Chippers & Pizzeria in town too.

Nevsail are a company who offer beach sports & all relevant equipment. Number: ‭(086) 330 8236‬
(We have family kayaks out the back yard area and these are NOT FOR YOUR USE!! Guests have experienced difficulties in the past while out on them and it has been scary for me so they are not included with the rental.)

Georges Head by the Golf Club, The Pollok Holes up the West End and the Cliff Walk are all worth experiencing and within walking distance from the house.

A nice drive:
Loop Head out the coast road is a must :) 25 min drive
Doonbeg for lunch/dinner/beach walk
Carraigaholt to the Long Dock for dinner (15mins drive) Taxi available locally if needed.
Lahinch for surfing is fun (35mins drive)
Ennistymon is a grt spot, fab hotel & beautiful falls! The CheesePress is the caf to potter into. Grt random music there.
Cliffs of Moher (40mins drive)
Doolin to catch ferries to the Aran Islands (50mins drive)
Galway (70mins drive)
Tralee/Dingle/Kenmare/Kilarney via hourly ferry in Kilrush (30mins drive to Kilrush hourly return ferry) This ferry brings you to Tarbert in Kerry. Beautiful beaches all around Kerry.
Ennis is a lovely little town with grt trad music n cool cafes. (45mins drive)
