Peace and quiet

This home is in a quiet area.
The Dawg House is a sleeping space for two. Mini fridge, Microwave and coffee pot. Shower. Very comfortable bed amid original and unique furnishings make the Dawg very special. Now covered in grape vines it is the oldest Airbnb in Sanderson…and the best!

The space
The Dawg House is a very nice "motel room" that can be rented for one night on your way west. A great place to layover while working or playing in Far West Texas. The back yard joins the LaDiDa and the Farm for larger gatherings.

Parking on the street in front of the Dawg is safe. Private entrance

Other things to note
Sanderson is a very small town in Terrell Co. We have Apple’s grocery store and it is very well stocked. Ferguson Motors has nice food, drinks and COFFEE.

Lives in Sanderson, Texas
I am retired from the hospitality industry in Lakeway near Austin. We remodeled an old cement duplex and moved our residence to Sanderson, TX. My husband Mark and I, have always loved the Big Bend National Park, and love living in this beautiful region of Texas. We live on property and decided to do a short term rental with The Upper Loft and The Dawg House. We have had a blast meeting the guests that are enjoying Far West Texas. Come on out and see what you think! We bet you will it too! PS: We just added the Farm House
