't Klein Paradise, built in 1889, is in a beautiful place overlooking the Singel and the monumental city gate "De Koepoort".
This house offers you 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden.
The center is 5 min walk and amenities (shops/supermarkets) are nearby.
The distance to the Stadsschouwburg, which was refurbished in 2018, can be reached in minutes.

The space
On the ground floor you will find a spacious cozy living room with sitting area and dining table. A beautiful fireplace with gas stove creates a nice atmosphere.

There is also a cozy kitchen with a refrigerator, a hob, a oven/microwave, and a washing machine.
There is a small functional bathroom with a toilet. The bathroom has recently been completely renovated.
