I want to share accurate information. All roads are paved to the property. It is our driveway that is gravel. In 23 years of ownership, the only person who ever got stuck was me, when we had the rare 7 inches of snow. (I purposely went out to get stuck out there and enjoy the beauty.) Highway 411, a divided 4 lane highway is exactly 10 miles from the property. with paved and lined county roads in-between. The towns of Etowah and Benton are 6 miles on 411 going either way. The city of Cleveland is 20 minutes from the 411 interchange. We do have WiFi; it works best closer to the Creek House. Cell towers do not serve the area which is noted in our description. We respond when guests experience any difficulty, so emergency kits are being placed (which contain multiple flashlights with extra batteries, gallon jugs of water, and lanterns) in both houses. The Creek House already has a direct phone which works if the power goes off. One is being place at the Ayuwasi House. This happened once in 2017 and power was restored the same evening like this past weekend. When I was first asked how far Spring Creek was from your wedding destination, I reported 90 minutes and was surprised when you booked. Bordering the Cherokee National Forest, we are a destination location, not a convenient drive by when needing to be near a city. Tiffany was delightful to work with during the storm and very positive. Please know that your comments matter and we are making positive changes. We will look into other improvements for the near future.
