Guests love this home’s scenic location.
A well appointed comfortable spacious 'apartment' style space. Perfect for business use or holiday guests alike. Private entrance. The guest suite consists of a large cosy bedroom with a comfortable 5ftbed. Private toilet with shower. Private living room with comfortable couch, DVD, Wifi, & desk. There is no kitchen, but there is a mini fridge, tea/coffee, facilities, breakfast cereal, bread and preservatives with fresh fruit. Private garden. Secure off-road parking 10 min drive from airport.

The space
The space accommodates up to two guests only. Wifi available throughout the entire suite. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Guests have their own private area, which includes:-

- Large Private Garden / yard.
- Comfortable large bedroom with 5 ft bed.
- Private cosy sitting/ living room solely for guest use only.
- Private bathroom with shower facilities.
WiFi is available throughout the space.

This cosy entire space is solely for our guest use only with a private entrance guests can come and go as they please. The bedroom, bathroom, and private sitting / living room are purely for guest to take it easy and make themselves at home.

The large cosy bedroom has a comfortable 5ft bed plus a wardrobe and chest of draws. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

The private sitting / living room is a good size room with a large couch and a desk for business use, or you can just relax.

The bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet, and toiletries are supplied. (Please note that our toilet facilities are operated by a bio cycle system and would ask our guests to only dispose of toilet paper in the usual manner. Anything else we would request our guests to use the bin provided.

There is no kitchen facilities, but there is complimentary tea / coffee with breakfast cereal, fruit, bread and butter & preservatives plus a mini fridge containing water, milk and orange juice.

We ask our guests to take off shoes upon entry to the bedroom.

Toilet facilities are operated by a bio cycle system and would ask our guests to only dispose of toilet pater in the usual manner. Anything other than toilet paper, we would request our guests to use the bin provided.

When using the shower, please ensure to switch on the extractor fan, which is also the main light switch outside the bathroom, and again, to switch it off when finished showering. There is an automatic stop time delay on this fan once switched off.

There is an electric fire in the sitting room. Should our guests decide to use this, please ensure it is switched off when going to sleep or when out of the house.

Please ensure the side gate entrance that guests use is closed and locked when entering and leaving the property.

Smoking is prohibited inside. However, guests are welcome to do so in the garden.

Internet may not be used for illegal activities.

Parties are not permitted.

You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of booking.

Where you’ll be

Malahide, County Dublin, Ireland

Located in the Malahide area Co Dublin, Malahide village and Malahide Castle is a ten minute drive away both by car or through local transport which is minutes walk away from the house.

Malahide village is a quaint costal village which is full of great atmosphere through it's abundance of lovely coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and fashionable boutiques scattered throughout the village. It also boasts beautiful walks along the coastline which can be quite breathtaking with its views of Lambay Island and Ireland's Eye.

Malahide Castle and Gardens runs daily tours throughout the day. There is a Walled garden and Butterfly House. Check out Malahide Castle and Gardens website.

Casino Model Railway Museum is located in Malahide Village with over 300 exhibits of Cyril Fry’s hand crafted model trains.

Swords village is a ten minute drive in the opposite direction. It too boasts a host of restaurants and bars and it has the pavilion shopping centre with its own unique ranges of high street stores all under one roof and of course a eight cinema complex with all the latest movies on view. Swords village also boasts its own castle.

Swords Castle is a 13th century castle which has gone under recent renovations and is a must see in particular its chapel with its beautiful stain glass windows. The grounds are open everyday with free entry.

Howth is another must to visit. It’s easy bus journey and a one stop train journey from Malahide. Howth village is a quaint fishing village which also offers an array of fish restaurants along the pier. You can also pick up a trip over to Ireland’s Eye from pier 1. Check out Ireland’s Eye Ferries.

Howth also offers spectacular views of Dublin Bay from it’s Summit. There is also hiking or bike tour. Check out Howth Adventures.
