Peace and quiet

You will love this sunny, completely renovated three bedroom ranch. It's beautifully decorated with beach and nautical themes throughout the house. You can cook or barbeque at home on your private deck or go out and enjoy the many award winning restaurants in the area. Come home from the beach or shopping and lounge by the pool. At night, gather around the fire pit while making smores or just admiring the stars. This house is perfect for families, couples, or a girls/guys getaway.

The space
Two bedrooms contain queen size beds and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk. The living room sofa converts to a very comfortable bed.

Enjoy the brand new outdoor shower after a trip to any of the local beaches. Squires beach is walking distance from the house.

Other things to note
This vacation retreat is centrally located minutes away from ocean or bay beaches. If you prefer to shop, the Riverhead Outlets are a 20 minute drive away as well upscale shopping in the neighboring town of Southampton.
There is no shortage of great restaurants in Hampton Bays. Some of our favorites are Rumba, Canal Café, Cowfish, Oakland's Restaurant and Marina, Villa Paul, Edgewater, Matsulin, 1 North Steakhouse, Buckleys, Sundays, Scottos Pork Store, Out of the Blue Seafood, Amalfi Coastal Kitchen and Cocktails, Crispy Taco, and Canoe Place Inn. Make sure you visit Kriegs Bakery for your breakfast and dessert goodies.
If fishing is your passion, you can bring your rod and surfcast at Shinnecock Inlet or hop aboard the Shinnecock Star or the Hampton Lady for a day on the bay.
For the kids and not so little people, there are farms to go berry, apple or pumpkin picking depending on the time of year. Splish Splash water park in neighboring Riverhead is sure to be a big hit. The Riverhead Aquarium is 15 minutes away and is well worth the trip. Kids and teens would also enjoy the Riverhead Raceway. Who wouldn't enjoy a demolition derby? If you live live music, Good Ground Park hosts it's Summer Concert Series every year. Lastly, you can enjoy the wineries. There are dozens on Long Island's East End. Some are a quick drive; others are a little longer if you go to the North Shore. Take a ride on your own or take an organized tour.
The Hamptons is not just for summer. Enjoy our town in the Fall and Spring as well. You will not be disappointed by what this area has to offer.
