Situated in the very center of Tallinn, this lovely spacious and light apartment is 400 meters from Kadriorg Park, where you can enjoy a walk around the pond, marvel at the stunning views, and visit Kadriorg Palace.
You'll be staying in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Tallinn - shops, restaurants and museums will all be within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay - it is perfect for feeling at home in Tallinn!

The space
The apartment is 75m2. It is a truly cozy and lovely private space. The Wi-Fi is excellent (150 Mbit/s)! There is a TV in the apartment with 35 different free channels (available from November 2018 onwards).

There is a lovely spa-like sauna along with a balcony. The floors are heated in the whole apartment.

You'll feel right at home. All of the bed linen and towels are made of OEKO-Tex certified material. Only environmentally sustainable, eco-certified and skin-friendly cleaning products are used in the apartment.

You'll also enjoy having everything in walking distance - delicious morning coffee and pastries are just a few houses down the street. The center of Tallinn is also extremely close - just a 5 minute drive or 18 minute walk away.

Terminal D (port) is 1 km from the apartment, whilst Lennart Meri Tallinn Airport is just 3 km from the property. The possibilities surrounding the apartment are endless – grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, tennis courts, shopping centres, museums etc are all within walking distance. The apartment is 700 meters from Kadriorg Art Museum and 1 km from KUMU Art Museum. Pirita beach is also just 1 km away.

Tallinn’s Song Festival Grounds are just 1.6 km away from the apartment – so if you are planning on going to one of the many events there, then this apartment is just perfect for you!

Guest access
You will have the whole apartment to yourself. There is a sauna in the apartment, which is available to guests (10€ per use).

Other things to note
There is a free parking spot next to the apartment building, but it might not be vacant at all times. If it is taken, then you can park in the private parking lot just 150 meters from the apartment building. It is an EuroPark parking lot and costs 8€ per 24 hours.

Public parking is also available on the street (1.50€ hourly fee). The first 15 minutes are free, but you must leave a note with the time you began parking visible on the dashboard. This is so the parking officer can see what time you parked and left your car.
Paid public parking on the street: Mon-Fri 07:00-19:00, Sat 08:00-15:00, Sun FREE.

This apartment is located in a quiet, cozy, and beautiful part of Tallinn. The heart of Tallinn is just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. Kadriorg has been one of the most prestigious areas of Tallinn through the ages. The uniqueness of Kadriorg is its wealth and elegance; it is both a public and intimate cityscape. Kadriorg contains many significant monuments to Estonian statehood, but also a number of museums, restaurants, sports facilities, etc.

Recommendations:

NOP Shop & Cafe - Super cozy organic foods cafe/shop located on the same street as the apartment (200 m distance).
Mantel & Korsten Restaurant - Delicious food and lovely atmosphere just down the street (200 m).
SALT Restaurant - Nice award-winning restaurant near the apartment (450 m distance).
NOA Restaurant - Renowned restaurant with a stunning view of the sea (10 minutes by car).
