Newly remodeled and furbished 28 sqm studio apartment located in the 9th district. We welcome you with a bottle of white or red wine - the choice is yours - and we provide a variety of Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee.

The space
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a modern 5 story building with elevator, closed garden and security doorman. Reliable high speed internet is available via both cable and WiFi connection.

The room features a comfortable double size bed with fresh linens, cozy desk with a swivel office chair and large multi-functional wardrobes.

The ergonomic kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, combined microwave and convection oven, coffee machine, toaster and all the needed glass/tableware.

In the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine we provide hair dryer, bath towels, toilet paper and washing tablets.

Drying rack, iron and ironing board are also available.

We live nearby so we can easily help should you need anything extra.
