Whilst Bullpen is in both a rural and coastal setting, surrounded by rolling hillside, wildlife and birds, the cottage is only 3 miles from central Newquay and the famous Fistral Beach, renowned for its surfing. Newquay airport is only a ten minute drive away and with the A30 within a few miles distance, Bullpen is situated perfectly for venturing off to other Cornish destinations for those days out.

Bullpen Cottage is uniquely set among the green rolling hills of the pretty Porth Valley yet is still only 1.5 miles from the beach. Rich in wildlife from horses, sheep, deer, rabbits, foxes, ducks, butterflies, birds and more. It’s a ideal spot to observe some of nature’s finest in their natural environment.
With tree lined lanes on your doorstep you can explore on foot the walks to the beaches, local pubs, shops or nearby villages.

Guest access
You have your own private entrance to the property and also the kitchen French doors open out onto your own oak decked area with a Weber bbq and a table and chairs. There is also a secluded patio area with another table and chairs for your use. This area has washing line available to hook up if needed.
We have deck chairs if you’d like to use them.
There is also an outside hot shower on the side of the property to enable you to wash off the sand etc, from your wetsuits/ boots if you've been for a surf, to the beach/ for a country walk, or to just have a shower outside if you wish. There’ also a Zappi EV charging facility available to use ( electricity ⚡️ not included )
