The space
🏝️ Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The area is peaceful yet ideally located, just steps from the beach of Chiclana La Barrosa, restaurants, and local attractions.
🛏️ Your Private Floor: 1, 2 or 3 Bedrooms (exclusively offered together for one family/booking only) with Terrace (2–6 Persons)
Located on the top floor and rented together for your family or group.
Two bedrooms offer either one queen-size bed or two single beds each, arranged as you prefer.
The third room features a sofa bed and can serve as an extra bedroom or as a private lounge with a TV. If not used for sleeping, it is offered as a complimentary private salon.
All rooms include built-in wardrobes.
Please note: access is via a high and wide staircase, parental supervision is required for young children.

During the winter months, access to the main indoor kitchen may be possible for an occasional use if you book a long stay - respectful and moderate usage appreciated. (please request this at the time of booking, if available).
With a wide variety of restaurants starting just 250m away, guests enjoy dining out and exploring the local cuisine as well.

🧹 Cleaning & Assistance
Your space is professionally cleaned before you check in and after you depart. To ensure your privacy, we do not enter your space during your stay and daily housekeeping is not included. We kindly ask guests to be mindful and keep the space tidy. Should you require anything during your stay or wish to arrange an intermediate cleaning, please just let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
