Here's some useful information to make your stay more practical and hassle-free:
🧺 Courtesy Kit
Provided for each stay, regardless of length:
1 toilet paper roll per bathroom (bedrooms, pool, living room and toilet)
1 gallon of filtered water (20L)
Liquid soap and spray disinfectant per bathroom
2 bottles of detergent (kitchen and ranch)
Floor mats in each suite
4 dishcloths and 4 floor cloths at headquarters (same at the ranch)
5 garbage bags (kitchen, outdoor areas and ranch)
Brooms and squeegees available in the laundry room
Eucalyptus essence spray for sauna
1 bag of firewood (extra firewood available for purchase)
Tasting of our Cachaça Zé Pimentel — also available for sale!
🏡 Use of Premises
🎱 Game Room
Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
After use, store the equipment and turn off the lights.
🧖♂️ Wet Sauna
It can be used once a day for up to 1 hour (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.).
Ask the housekeepers to turn it on and off.
🏊 Pool
The use of glass in the vicinity is prohibited.
Use the shower before entering (helps keep the water clean).
🔊 Sound and Coexistence
Enjoy music in moderation and respect the law of silence after 10 p.m.
We are in a wooded area, where sound propagates easily.
🛝 Jamal Space (Children's Playground)
Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
Only jump barefoot.
For children's use only.
Keep the place clean and organized.
In case of rain, redouble your attention.
💡 Lighting
Before going to sleep, turn off unnecessary lights and use only what is necessary.

Ask the caretakers and settle the amount at check-out.
🐾 Pets
We love animals! But we ask you to pay attention to a few rules:
We have pets on the farm — they are docile and used to guests.
If you prefer, ask to keep them in the kennel.
Do not feed the local animals.
Use only the proper containers for your pet.
Collect and dispose of waste properly.
Do not use towels, blankets, or rugs from the house for pets.
Damages caused will be charged or replaced.

We have caretakers responsible for external maintenance (swimming pool, vegetable garden, animals, etc.).

Includes complete cleaning of the site.
We ask that you leave the dishes clean, garbage collected, and furniture in the original place.
Failure to comply may result in an extra fee.
