This is a great place for a weekend, week or monthly when you come to Portland to work or are moving here! Ask about our multiple-month-stay discounts.
We are in the heart of if all and yet secluded. Destination location in Mississippi Historic District "Foodies Paradise, Everyone's Playground" is the main floor of our well-loved 1925 duplex with your private entrance through the front porch.
Both duplex units are overflowing with character, furnished with antiques and mid-century accents.

They both have their own private entrances and are completely self-contained with their own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Window air conditioning in living room. If you need a special item, ask us. If we have it on hand, you certainly can use it.

QUIET TIMES 10p-9a: Generally downstairs unit is quiet and can't even hear if anyone is there. However, if there's excessive noise at any time, let us know and we'll tell them to tone it down. Your pleasure is our priority.

Guest access
Check in is 4pm or after. Check-out anytime 11am or before. We often meet and greet to show you around and respond to any requests or questions you may have.
Private entry is through the front door. You have full access to the main level of this duplex with full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom and living room. Equipped with essentials in kitchen & bath. Complete with bedding, towels basic soaps, shampoo & conditioners.

This is a fully self contained Airbnb with no shared living space.
We've found that guests bring their own laptop & other devices for their indoor entertainments, so no TV. Your enjoyment is is our priority, so please let us know if you need anything while you are here. Thank you for choosing to book here!

* Hair dryer &/or iron are available when requested at booking. Would you like any special item, like particular pot for your special dish?

Other things to note
PUBLIC STREET PARKING: No fees or permits required. Easy parking during the day. As this is a destination location with lots of fun stuff around the corner, parking in front of the house can be a bit tricky in late afternoons and weekend nights. Good news is that you are staying where many want to be!

SAFETY: While in a residential neighborhood, it is an urban settings. So take ordinary security precautions, like lock doors when you leave and don't walk down dark alleys.

I love helping people make the most of their stay, however they like! Having lived here quite awhile, I'm a font of info on a wide array of interests.
