Please send us a message to discuss bookings and space availability before booking for more people. All events, gatherings, parties, reunions and anything beyond lodging for specific people booked and must be conveyed, fully understood and pre-approved. Subject to additional cleaning fees, additional insurance, damage deposits, cost of added staff and any other related costs. We have been very liberal and accepting about all pre-planned events in the past for people to have a good time and enjoy themselves with friends and family and we remain very open and tolerant about many more events and opportunities for friends and family to have a lot of fun and make a lot of memories together in our future seasons. Please just discuss any desired events or functions with us and please do not surprise us or leave us in any compromised, understaffed, under-covered, inadequately equipped or very messy situation. Any events without pre-approval are grounds for immediate eviction without refund so please just make us aware so we can help in making sure that every wish is possible and that every event goes just as you would plan or hope for it to.
Also please contact us about any specific requests, specific sleeping arrangements required, weather forecast, current lake level which is significantly lower fall and winter for seasonal TVA water usage in electricity production at Norris Dam or any other requests, inquiries or questions. Bartering considered for extra accrued expenses such as gas and oil or other supplies or cost beyond lodging.
Additional Per head charges reflects amount of nice fresh clean linens, towels and mattresses and pillow encasement's laundering before and after each stay for each guest beyond 4 and replacement costs associated. If few people are staying there is a small possibility of other space on property being utilized as well unless arrangements are made at time of booking. Please Inquire.
