The space
To the left hand side of our garage, a pathway takes you to the main door which opens to a staircase leading up to the beautiful self contained flat with outstanding views over the English Countryside.
En suite shower room, super comfortable double bed, bedding and towels provided, television, hairdryer.
Kitchen area with inset stainless steel sink, a pull out table which provides a good workspace for laptop. Kettle, mini fridge, microwave (no cooker/hob) toaster, crockery and utensils provided.
Sorry No pets allowed. Non smoking room. We can provide a travel cot / highchair for any guests with a baby. (Request in advance)
Only five minutes walk from the delightful 'Somerset Lavender' Farm, a fantastic area of the English countryside. Lovely walks or cycle ride along the lanes to local villages, such as, Wellow, Hemington or Norton St Philip.
This is also an ideal location if you are attending any events at the following venues: The Faulkland Inn, Tuckers Grave Inn and campsite. Or the Award winning pub run by Butcombe Brewery The George Inn at Norton St Philip, recently featured in the film 'Mothers Pride' starring Martin Clunes.
Babbington House, Vobster Quay, Wick Farm Bath or Homewood Park, each venue less than 10 minutes away.

This private flat is above the garage with its own separate entrance, the space is dedicated to guests who are free to come and go as they please.
For a light breakfast we provide freshly brewed teas, coffee & Cadbury's hot chocolate, fresh fruit and porridge. As this space is self-catering, you can also bring your own ready meals or breakfast options, make use of the toaster, microwave and mini fridge.
There is a free parking space on the driveway, suitable for one vehicle.
(Please leave area clear so we can always get our cars in/out of the garage!)

Other things to note
We live in our family home which is next to the garage, the flat is above the double garage, if we are not around when you arrive, use the key safe, let yourselves in. Please note, if you are travelling with a baby or child we can offer you a travel cot, highchair or extra mattress for little one.
A general rubbish bin and two boxes are provided under the kitchen sink for separating your recycling, cardboard, plastic, tin cans and glass.
Please do let us know if it's a special occasion for you, we will be happy to arrange optional extras!
