This modern, spacious and stylish apartment set on two floors in the historic market town of Poulton-le-Fylde; a community hub of shops, bars and eateries. We are 3 miles from the centre of the buzzing and unique resort of Blackpool, 8 miles from stylish Lytham, and a 15 mile drive will take you to the beautiful Trough of Bowland countryside.

The property itself has been recently refurbished, providing a relaxing and comfortable space for both families and couples. Free parking is available.
