Stay in this lovely expansive country property with an additional detached apartment in a converted barn and on 5 acres, with a 6-person hot tub and large fire pit area. Newly added is a game and arcade room. A coffee station in the kitchen. Family friendly and landscaped yard. Enjoy the quiet, while being only 10 minutes from downtown Hayden, Triple Play, or Silverwood Amusement Park. Only 1 hour to 3 ski resorts (Schweitzer, Silver Mountain, and Spokane Mountain).

The space
Your stay at our property will be relaxing and fun filled in any season. This rental includes both the primary home and the apartment that comprises the entire converted shop building.

In the main residence, the master bedroom has a king bed, and two upstairs bedrooms have a single bed and two single beds respectively. The basement bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a queen bed in the basement living room. All the rooms of the house have plenty of natural light.

The garage was converted into an indoor arcade and games room and has activities such as a hoop shoot basketball game, cocktail arcade table, electronic Star Wars pinball, foosball, and air hockey.

The apartment next door boasts 2 bedrooms plus a loft, with a combined 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds altogether. With a full bathroom, kitchen, and living space, it allows for a very comfortable space apart from the main house.

The outside areas have numerous activities to enjoy as well. The hot tub and fire pit with seating as well as a patio picnic table are located in the backyard, and in the front, you will find a trampoline, playground equipment with swings, and a slack line as well as some additional seating.

The remaining 4 acres of our property stretch out to the north behind the home and are open for exploring. There is ample parking for cars or trailers, and a 50 amp power outlet is available for those with an RV (located on the west side of the apartment)
