A small one room studio with private entrance off driveway This is the perfect getaway for a single or a couple looking for quiet and privacy. Full-size bed, kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It has a small bathroom with shower. Newly installed A/C.

Wi-Fi and Cable TV available to guest.

Guest are welcome to enjoy the deck area.

On Street Parking available for one vehicle.
