Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Bliss is a very private place to get away from it all, relax and renew.

This spacious abode offers three entertainment rooms, an indoor and an outdoor kitchen and four comfortable, large bedrooms.

Overlooking the backyard is a second story deck with spectacular views of the desert and mountains! Watching the sunset from that vantage point while sipping on your favourite beverage is true "Bliss"!

The space
Casa Bliss is a vacation paradise! There are multiple stylish, inviting spaces all designed to enhance your experience of rejuvenating rest and relaxation.

The home consists of three entertainment areas, four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and two granite/stainless steel kitchens (one indoor and one outdoor). The attached garage has parking for one vehicle. The driveway has parking for two more.

The backyard consists of a stunning, huge backyard with palm trees, cacti, a waterfall pool and a spa to relax in. This spacious area also has a fire pit with seating and three zero gravity chairs. Zero gravity chairs are like a lounging chair except that, as the name implies, you feel almost weightless while resting in them. Add to this already generous seating the outdoor dining table with four comfy swivel chairs and three barstools at the outdoor kitchen? There's plenty of seating for everyone's comfort and taste.

The entertainment areas are quite diverse. The first of these is a pool table room complete with a rack of various weight pool cues and plenty of seating. The next space is a family room with a cozy sofa and entertainment system including a ROKU TV with a premium cable package. The last entertainment area inside the home is the upper floor loft which has a mini library and games, a TV, again with premium cable and a large, comfy sofa. Casa Bliss has plenty of room for more than one family to be comfortable and have space to spare! The entertainment rooms are far enough apart to give you the feeling that you are in completely separate, private zones.

The four bedrooms all have dressers, side tables, ceiling fans with lights, side lamps, large closets/wardrobes with hangers, full bed linens and towel sets. The beds are very comfortable and have different levels of firmness/softness so that you can choose the one you find most enjoyable.

The main kitchen in Casa Bliss is equipped with a great many items you might need to entertain and create delicious meals. There is full set of pots and pans, baking equipment, cooking utensils, three different types of blenders, a mini food processor and much, much more!

This home also has an outdoor kitchen! There is a large BBQ, an icebox and a sink with cold running water. BBQ tools and cleaning supplies are provided in the stainless steel drawers and cabinet beside the BBQ. The granite countertop has an attached bar with three bar height stools. Beside the outdoor kitchen is a dining table with four comfortable swivel chairs.

Casa Bliss also has a large attached garage. It has storage cabinets and three bicycles ready for your enjoyment. There is room for one car in the garage and two more cars on the driveway.

*Important for guests to note.*

The pool generally doesn't require additional heating from June 1 to approximately September 30. Heating the pool in the cooler months requires a base fee in addition to a per diem fee. At least one week before arrival, guests will need to request that the pool be heated in order for the owner to make arrangements to do so as it takes a couple of days to heat the pool water.

Heating the spa is a different matter. When you decide you'd like to soak in the spa, heating it only takes about an hour. The season of the year has little bearing on whether you choose to heat the spa, so there is a small base fee to use the spa year round. A per diem fee does not apply to using the spa.

For your safety and security, there are two video cameras on Casa Bliss. One overlooks the driveway and front entrance. The other overlooks the backyard. Both are high up on the house so you'll still have your privacy. They are part of the home security system.

As a result of the current pandemic, cleaning protocol has been slightly adjusted. Cleaning now includes sanitizing of all commonly touched surfaces, including but not limited to, door and cabinet handles, banisters, light switches, bathroom and kitchen countertops, etc.. The intent of doing so is to increase your comfort and peace of mind as you enjoy Casa Bliss.

Close to San Tan Mountain Regional Park, the entire community was constructed around a beautiful, challenging golf course. There are multiple attractions nearby. A winery, an olive grove where you can observe olive oil being fresh pressed, historic ruins, etcetera. All of these and more await your discovery!

There are wonderful things to do and see in the area, but you may never want to leave Casa Bliss. This delightful residence offers all the comforts of home including a well stocked granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, four comfortable bedrooms, two media rooms both with full cable and one with a streaming smart TV.

Excellent quality high-speed WIFI is provided should you require it while on vacation. There is a pool table room and a sound system throughout the common areas of the house. This multi area sound system can be controlled separately in each speaker zone.

Outdoors you'll find a second kitchen, lots of seating as well as an enticing pool and spa in a lush backyard escape. Backing directly onto the desert, the yard offers extraordinary privacy with astonishing views. Gorgeous, glowing sunsets on the distant Superstition mountains complete blissful days spent at Casa Bliss. Perfection!
