1925 beach house just steps to the beach. . All shops and resturaunts just a few blocks walk. Beach is 120 steps away. Part of Clearwater Cottages, a group of historic beach houses. This is an entire small house that will sleep 5 Guests Restored antique kitchen. Just cute as a button. Families with pets welcome

Pets love swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and the beach is pet friendly 2 blocks north. We accept any size dog and the pet fee is only $100 per stay not day

There is no washer or dryer, but house keeper will gladly do a load, free towel exchange

We offer one day rentals if you book one day before a check in or one day after a check out
We welcome guests 18 years old and up, big dogs easy going families and
friends because everyone should enjoy the beach.

Clearwater Cottages is not an upscale resort but a family friendly kind a like camping at the beach in your own remodeled beach cottages. Make new friends in the common area, picnic at the Gazebo with outdoor table. Have a drink or smoke in the funky Key West style recreation area.

Our recreation area is an Old Florida Key West style backyard with a massive old Ficus tree, Captain Al s nautical themed gazebo with old boat motors, anchors, fishing poles and stuff around. It s not perfect and not for the picky, fussy, snooty crowd , so if want a sterile concrete recreation area simply book the new Luxury Hotels just 2 blocks walk and twice the price. Our recreation area is perfect if you want that Old Florida easy going beach experience.

Originally from New Jersey, I have enjoyed my youth at the Jersey Shore. Now I am fortunate to live the dream in Clearwater Beach. I enjoy taking my guests out on my boat and showing them how to enjoy the Salt Life. Living at the beach, I enjoy swimming in warm water all summer, enjoy socializing with my congenial like minded neighbors, and enjoy the fresh food and beach style ambiance at the resturants on this wonderful island. In the past, I have been l a licensed Doctor more than 40 years, now retired, and in my second career. During my younger years I have traveled all around the world dozens of time, enjoying scuba diving from Caymans to Bali, dozens of jungle trecks in South America and through Costa RIca. Appreciate the art and history, I have been to most European Countries. After so much travel , I have found the best of everything is right here in my own backyard. I have managed Clearwater Cottages for more than 10 years, and enjoy showing my guests how to enjoy the Salt Life. I enjoy meeting guests from all around our great country and all around the world. Karen, my first mate is from San Francisco and heads the house keeping team. We both enjoy showing our guests how to enjoy the Salt Life
