This 80 sqmeters apartment is fitted with parquet flooring in all the apartment (marble in the bathroom).
The apartment opens up in a nice corridor leading to the two bedrooms (one single and one double) and to the living room.
A separate kitchen, complete with both microwave and traditional electric owens, a dishwasher. The living room is furnished with one double sofa and one single sofa, and with a TV satellite set.

Other things to note
VERY IMPORTANT: in the building there is a no party policy, and silence has to be respected after 10:30pm. Not respecting this rule may cause problems to the host, and as a consequence the immediate cancellation of the stay, even after it has begun.

Guests are not allowed to invite people, momentarily or as subrent, without a previous written consent of the host/owners.

IMPORTANT: Guests without a valid ID (Europeans and Swisse) or passport will not be allowed in the apartment according to Italian Law.
