Bright, sunny home built in 2015. Open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen. Five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, sleeps 12-14, including two en-suite master bedrooms. Hot tub. Deck with Weber gas grill. Short walk to beach. Mantoloking, NJ.

There are nine beds in five bedrooms: BR1: Queen w/ en suite bath, BR2: Queen w/ en suite bath, BR3: Queen, BR4: two full, BR5: double bunks (4 twins). First floor (Elevated) has kitchen, family room, outdoor deck with seating and barbecue, powder room, laundry room, master bedroom #1. Second floor has Master bedroom #2, three other bedrooms, hall bath with double sinks. Ground level has garage, storage area with extra refrigerator, access to outside shower and hot tub.

Mantoloking is a quiet residential town. Bay Head is directly to the north and offers a small downtown area including a bar, restaurant, luncheonette, small shops, and famous Mueller's bakery. Bay Head's town center is about a mile away, a healthy walk or a short bike ride if you choose to bring your bicycles.
Point Pleasant Beach is the next town north of Bay Head and has a family boardwalk, and lots of restaurants and attractions. South of Mantoloking is Normandy Beach and Lavallette with lots of the Jersey shore attractions including restaurants, shops, mini golf, and lots of pizza and ice cream. Further south is the larger Seaside Heights Boardwalk.
