This cabin has year-round access perfect for snowmobiling ice fishingThe cabin is located 6 miles from the nearest gas station/convenience store and a mile and a half from trail number eight the cabin sits centrally located 60 miles from Houghton And 45 miles from Marquette . 200 foot of lake frontage ,with parking right at the rear door . 460 acre lake with pike walleye Crappie perch smallmouth bass This cabin is available all year long for snowmobiling hiking snowshoeing etc.

There is a canoe available for free to use with the cabin lifejackets and paddles provided there is also a boat available for a fee

The trail to the lake is a natural trail downhill approximately 200 feet to the new dock

Neighborhood highlights

The lake lots on the lake are privately owned ,there is a public state park campground at the north end of the lake it is a primitive Campground so there are no showers just outhouse. It only has seven campsites but it is right on the water and there is a beach there. There are thousands of acres right across the road that the public can use to either Hike, Mountain bike or Cross country ski or snowmobile,
