This lovely, spacious home is located on a horse farm in scenic Ellet Valley, just 8 minutes from campus/town. The stunning view of mountains and idyllic farm land will take your breath away! With 3,500 square feet there is plenty room to spread out. Extensive wrap around decking offers more gathering space and eating areas. Great space for an indoor or outdoor celebration!

The space
The house is on a horse farm just 8 minutes from Virginia Tech, downtown Blacksburg, and First and Main shopping center (Bull and Bones, Sake House, Lefties, Our Daily Bread, etc.). The property is 30 acres total with wooded walking trails right out the front door. Great area for cycling, too.

Main Level: Larger master suite with private bath (beds: 1 queen and bunk bed with 2 twins), hall bathroom, huge eat-in kitchen, large dining room, multiple comfortable living room / gathering spaces.

Upper Level: 3 large bedrooms (beds: 1 king, 2 full), one private bath and one shared bath.

TV, dvd, cable and WiFi included.
