🌟BEDROOM: A super comfortable Queen sized 12” gel pillow top mattress is key to a goodnight’s SLEEP UNDER THE STARS . Fresh and always clean 100% California Design cotton sheets are paired with weighted pillows and down bedding. High quality, oversized towels and additional bedding are stocked in the closet at the foot of the bed. Other features include a ROKU SmartTV, remote ceiling fan/lighting, and 2 charging end tables on either side of the bed with dimmer lights. Air conditioning and/or in room tower oscillating heating fan to assure for a comfortable night’s rest throughout the year.
🌟 PRIVATE BATHROOM: A brand new, state of the art American Standard corner shower was installed in 2026 and delivers high water pressure from a handy shower wand. There is a grab bar for safety, and towel hooks for your convenience. A full array of toiletries are provided including name brand body washes(OLAY/NIVEA), shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, Q-tips, hand creams, razors, etc.. Pretty much any other product you may need.
🌟DEN: Just outside the bedroom, a cozy Den awaits with a futon couch, recliner, and bench for relaxing. Along with that, a fully stocked fridge with beverages, yogurt, applesauce, and jello/pudding. Above the fridge is a new Keurig Coffeemaker and 5 different blends of K-cups to choose from. Additionally, this comfortable living space is loaded with plenty of food options including fresh fruit, oatmeal, raisins, candy and plenty of other snacks. Compliments of the SUPERHOST🙂
🌟CAFE’ Atop the stairs sits a charming little Cafe’ nook. A dining table can be used to have a quick bite, or to use to get some work done. A work desk and LED floor lamps can be made available if needed.

I will stay clear of you unless of course you were in need anything(read my 1000+ 5-STAR Reviews🙂) I truly enjoy helping my cherished guests, and can offer helpful guidance and suggestions as it pertains to anything in the Buffalo-Niagara region and beyond. Information is readily available including those involving sightseeing, cultural venues, dining options, entertainment opportunities, and sporting events. 🌟GOOD THINGS TO KNOW: The single flight of stairs leading up to the living quarters are STEEP. Please note if you have any mobility issues. My CHECK-IN time is flexible and more often than not, I can get you in early. My CHECKOUT TIME is at 10:00am SHARP! Please note. I am booked nearly every day and my most important ask of you is that you be on your way by the set departure time of 10:00am. Thank you🙂
🌟RULES: My only rules are as follows:
✔️NO SMOKING/VAPING. ✔️NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS are permitted during your stay(especially local bookings)✔️NO PETS. I do offer a 3rd person option to stay when requested ahead of time and agreed upon. The futon couch can be made into a bed and the cost for setting up and tearing down is an additional $25/night. The fee will be collected by the Resolution Center prior to your arrival. The use of my microwave and filtered water on my fridge downstairs is permitted upon request. Hours for use of the microwave and filling your water bottles are from 7:00am till 8:30pm.

I will do my best to provide easy access to all of my cherished guests. Visitors are welcome to arrive at anytime that best fits your traveling schedule. I offer a flexible CHECK-IN time, but my CHECKOUT TIME is 10:00am sharp. I will forward SELF CHECK-IN directions to help guide you through. If I am available, I will welcome you upon arrival and answer questions.
HIGHTLIGHTS: I offer an OFF STREET PARKING SPOT across the street. The entrance is straight up my driveway. To enter, go to the first door on the right under the green awning. An easy 4-digit access code will be provided prior to your arrival. The living quarters are for up to 2 visitors and the space is dedicated just for you🙂

BUFFALO New York is known as “THE CITY OF GOOD NEIGHBORS” and I will do my best to live up to those standards by making your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I truly pride myself in being as helpful and informative as I can possibly be to my cherished guests. I have worked in the hospitality business over the years and I am determined to make your visit memorable and fun. The Hertel Ave strip, the Elmwood Village, Chippewa District, and Allentown are just a couple minutes away. The new and burgeoning CHANDLERVILLE is one walking block away as is a WEGMANS SUPERMARKET. DOWNTOWN BUFFALO, CANALSIDE/RIVERWORKS, are less then 5 miles from my home. NIAGARA FALLS is a short 16 miles(22 minute ride) away and the expressway leading to the Falls is right around the corner.
