1BR condo located on French St in Historic District. 1 block from Main Street and the shops, restaurants, bars. A quick walk to the Gondola, Ridge St dining, and the Breck Arts District.
This condo is ideal for both skiing and summer activities, access to restaurants and bars, festivals, and events. Or, just relax and enjoy the amazing views.

The space
You will have full access to the one bedroom condo. Kitchen is adequately furnished so you make a gourmet meal!

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home, the building laundry facilities, common area deck with mountain views.

Other things to note
When visiting in summer keep in mind the condo does not have air conditioning. Most places do not. Ceiling fan and tower fan provided. The condo has great cross ventilation, and late afternoon and evening breezes in Breck are very comfortable temps getting into the low 40's most nights.
