Private, spacious and boasting un-interrupted panoramic views of the Cornish countryside to St Ives Bay... with a large decking & bbq area which you can enjoy with friends and family.
Beautifully sited on a 50 acre farm which is the focus of a nature led plan to increase biodiversity.
Within a 20 minute drive to key attractions including St Michaels Mount, St Ives, Penzance, Praa Sands, Porthtowan, Helston (home of the Floral Dance), Stithians Lake, Poldark Mine and many more!!
The space
This is a fantastic retreat for outdoor enthusiasts including walkers, surfers, cyclists and those wishing to get away from it all...
Situated equally between the north and south coasts, you have the best of both worlds! Just a ten minute drive to the north coast’s Godrevy – famous for fabulous surf and its notorious lighthouse and 15 minutes to Praa Sands on the South, with the Sand Bar to eat at and nearby coves to explore.
The host can show you all the best surfing locations and tips offering surfboards to rent as well.
Praze itself has a recently renovated pub with friendly welcoming owners that also serves great food. The local shop opens from 7am – 7pm daily, selling Cornish produce (including local ales and cider!) And not to forget the renowned Philps Bakery specialising in the best pasties in Cornwall! You have to get there early before they sell out. With a Post Office and popular fish and chip shop to boot, this makes for an ideal base.
Having grown up here, I am able to advise you on the best locations to visit – including the secret ones.
