More about our home:
Our home was added on to and remodeled in 2007. We were inspired by the Old Mission of San Luis Obispo when it came to the design and architecture of our home. Our 3 boys were little at the time of construction and we knew we needed a home that they could grow up in and would be inviting to their friends. This home has been a wonderful place that has been a perfect setting for family and friends to share amazing time together. The kitchen, great room and dining room really lends itself for great space to entertain. The sliding doors which open to the backyard allow for even more space to enjoy. But don't miss taking advantage of our outdoor dining in the front courtyard surrounded by lush gardens.
Location is perfect, with open space in the back you have the feel of the country yet you are set in a quiet neighborhood only 2 miles to downtown San Luis Obispo. Highway 1 is only 1 mile away which can take you on a beautiful ride up our California coast. Highway 101 is 1.5 miles and north will take you to lovely beaches and south will lead you to Paso Robles home of over 200 wineries. But you do not need to leave SLO County to hit wineries this area is populated by artisan vintners and family-owned wineries. From oceanfront settings to wide-open backroads, the bulk of SLO Coast Wine Country can be covered within a 15 to 20 minute drive in any direction.

Fun fact: I’ve run 13 marathons
I'm obsessed with: Exercising outdoors
We rebuilt our home in 2007 and raised three boys here—so it’s been tested and loved! Backed by open space and just minutes from downtown SLO, it’s the best of both worlds. Spend your days hiking, beach hopping, or sipping wine at local vineyards, then unwind in comfort. We hope it feels like the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again.
