Tiny House Living! The tiny house includes a double bed, 50” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, full tiny bathroom with shower and loft reading nook. Outside you will find 6 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, charcoal grill, fire-pit and small waterfall with a porch. The Lil Red Tiny House is located about 30 feet behind another home. Please Note: outdoor cameras are capable of recording.

Other things to note
We have other guests on site staying at the back of the property and the waterfall is a shared amenity. The home is just off of Highway 76 for easy access. Even with proper monthly extermination, you will see bugs due to this area of the mountains. We see wildlife and have our golden retriever and other small dog roaming freely. The owners drive by the home and hot tub area. This is not a secluded site. The home does not have a full kitchen. There is a Farmhouse Market and The Lake Burton Cafe Dive bar one mile away. Please Note: Outdoor motion cameras are capable of recording.
